Return Policy

Thirty days, no reasons needed

If it is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You do not need to explain yourself and we will not try to talk you out of it.

Items need to be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return something

Email valskostore@gmail.com with your order number and say you would like to return. We will reply within one working day with the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5 working days of the item reaching us, back to the payment method you originally used. Your bank may take a few days after that to show it.

Return postage

Return postage is at your own cost, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it. Keep your proof of postage, as we cannot refund an item that never arrives.

Faulty items

If the device stops working, email us. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a faulty product, and we will not make you fight for it.

Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day policy is offered on top of that right, not instead of it. Nothing on this page limits your statutory rights.
