Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, where there is an error in pricing or description, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

Pricing

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Discount codes are subject to any conditions stated at the time of the offer, including expiry dates and limits on use.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping times may vary. Delivery takes approximately 5-10 business days. Free UK delivery applies to orders over £45; below that, delivery is £4.99. We ship to over 110 countries, with international costs calculated at checkout.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. We offer 30 days as a matter of policy, which is in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Full details are on our Return Policy page.

Faulty goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

About our products and what they do

Our products are cosmetic and wellbeing devices. They are not medical devices, and they do not cure, treat or remove cellulite.

Cellulite is a structural feature of the skin and underlying connective tissue. No topical product or consumer massage device removes it permanently.

What our devices are intended to do is temporarily improve the appearance of skin through massage: increasing local blood flow, helping to move fluid held in the tissue, and working on tight fascia. Results vary considerably between individuals, depend on consistent use, and are not permanent. Any description on this site of smoother, firmer or more even-looking skin refers to appearance only.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, have a pacemaker or metal implants, take blood thinners, or have varicose veins, broken or irritated skin, eczema or a recent injury, speak to your GP before use.

Massage with suction commonly leaves temporary circular marks on the skin. This is expected and not a fault.

Safe use

Please follow the instructions supplied with the product. Begin at the lowest setting, use a suitable body or massage oil where instructed, and stop if you experience pain. We are not liable for injury or damage resulting from use that does not follow the supplied instructions, or from use by anyone advised against it above.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Reviews displayed on this site may include reviews collected for the same product from other sellers. Where this is the case, the review carries a badge indicating its source.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email valskostore@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. You also have the right to use the online dispute resolution options available to UK consumers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
